This is a curated index, not a complete archive. The original document controls whenever a summary and source differ.
Source hierarchy
- Official court filings and orders.
- Justice Department, FBI, Inspector General, and other government releases.
- Congressional committee disclosures.
- Secondary reporting only as a discovery lead—not as the indexed source of record.
What gets indexed
Records are selected for procedural importance, research utility, provenance, and public availability. Entries identify the publisher, document type, date, legal posture, short neutral summary, and direct source link.
What does not get inferred
A name appearing in an address book, flight record, email, photograph, witness statement, tip, or investigative file is not treated as proof of knowledge or misconduct. Uncharged people are not labeled as participants in crimes without a reliable adjudicated basis.
Redactions and search limits
Government records may be redacted under privacy, grand-jury, law-enforcement, and other rules. Scans, handwriting, poor OCR, and redactions make keyword search incomplete. An absent result does not prove that a term is absent from every file.
Update policy
Entries are reviewed when official sources materially change. Superseded links may remain labeled for historical context.
