Specific, source-backed requests are reviewed faster than general objections.
Include these details
- The exact EpsteinNow page URL and quoted text at issue.
- Whether the concern is factual accuracy, missing procedural context, mistaken identity, privacy, copyright, or another legal right.
- A link or copy of the strongest authoritative supporting source.
- The precise change requested and why it is warranted.
- A reliable method for follow-up. Do not send unnecessary identity documents or sensitive personal data.
Review standard
The review checks the original source, attribution, procedural posture, later developments, identity ambiguity, and public-interest value. A correction may update, clarify, annotate, de-index, or remove material depending on the evidence and applicable law.
Emergency privacy concerns
If an official source appears to expose a victim’s identity, contact information, or other sensitive non-public information, notify that source immediately. The DOJ’s Epstein Library directs such notices to the contact shown on its official privacy notice. EpsteinNow avoids mirroring those files and can remove an index link while the source reviews the issue.
Response record
Material corrections should be noted with the affected entry’s update date. Editorial disagreements alone do not require removal, but well-supported factual and identity corrections receive priority.
