The site’s central rule: never convert a document mention into an accusation.

Attribution

Allegations are attributed to the person or filing making them. Charges are labeled as charges. Formal findings, pleas, verdicts, sentences, dismissals, and reversals are described separately.

Names and reputational harm

The index avoids creating speculative “client,” “associate,” or “guilty” lists. A record may contain errors, hearsay, unverified tips, mistaken identity, or references unrelated to wrongdoing. Readers are directed to surrounding pages and procedural outcomes.

Victim privacy

EpsteinNow does not intentionally republish victim names, contact details, intimate imagery, or inadvertently exposed personal data. Official source pages may contain disturbing or sensitive material; follow their warnings.

Children and sensitive content

The site is intended for adults and avoids graphic detail. It does not host exploitative material.

Advertising independence

Advertising does not influence indexing, labels, rankings, summaries, or corrections. Ads are visibly labeled and separated from research results.

Artificial intelligence

Automated tools may assist organization and drafting, but source links and legal-context labels require human-verifiable official support. AI output is not itself evidence.
